Formation classes (with a parent in attendance) are from 6.30pm to 8.00pm. at St. Joseph’s – we meet in the Church, Parish Hall, Meeting Room & school staff room. Any questions contact Edwin MacMac on pastoral@stjoseph.org.nz
• Parents are the prime faith formators of their children. So, parent attendance is necessary at both parent only sessions and sessions involving the children.
• The sacraments belong to the life and worship of the Church. So, participation in Sunday Mass is expected.
• Please have ready your child’s baptism certificate, as well as payment for course resources ($100) when registering your child.
• The children are to wear white for both the sacraments of Confirmation and first Holy Communion.
• A sponsor will be needed for Confirmation. The person should be an active Catholic, 18 or over, and someone other than the child’s parent.
• Orientation Night 29th April 2026 6:00pm.
• Presentation & Blessing weekend of Saturday 2 May Vigil Mass & Sunday 3 May 2026 all Masses.
• All sessions are on a Wednesday at 6:30pm
